Adding an employee from another location into an existing location is now simpler thanks to a new search function which allows to search employees directly by name.

Papershift is now available in Slovenian! You can switch the application language from the language settings at any time.
New rate limiting guidelines for API access
We have updated the access restrictions (rate limits) for our API:
A limit of 300 requests per minute now applies to new API keys. Existing, active keys are not affected by this change and retain their previous limit.

More security for your Papershift account: 2FA is here!
We now support two-factor authentication (2FA) to make your account even more secure. Simple, effective, and easy to activate right from your account settings.
Why is this important?
2FA requires a second code in addition to your password when logging in. This adds a strong layer of protection, especially for roles with sensitive data or extended user rights.
How does it work?
Account admins can enable 2FA for the entire team and set a grace period for setup. Employees will then be guided through the activation process step by step – quick and easy.
